Lead the implementation of a credit investments department operations re-engineering and system consolidation to Broadridge Sentry.
Client was one of the largest Private equity firms in the world.
Advised on deployment and implementation strategy, lead a team of 6 interfaces and sat on steering committee calls.
Four systems were consolidated into Sentry.
Helped implement Tableau and Snowflake warehouse for customized performance measurement across 15 private asset classes.
